cullen+them is looking to add a new company member as well as invite 1-3 project-based performers to work with us and perform in our current project. Under the direction of Hannah Cullen, cullen+them creates multi-disciplinary work that is content driven. The subject of the work tends to be social justice or interpersonal issues and our goal is to shed light and spark conversation. The work is grounded in speaking and movement based mediums that play between the pedestrian and the highly physical. The process requires performers to be open to sharing and is collaborative. An interest in social justice and the topics discussed in the work is a major plus. 

We are seeking performers with both movement and acting experience (or at least comfortability in whichever form is not your main!). We are particularly looking for at least one male-identifying performer, however ANYONE interested is encouraged to attend. 

Performance dates are the week of March 12th 2018 - availability during this week is a must. Two additional showing dates will also be set between for the fall and winter. Rehearsals will be scheduled in block periods. 

AUDITION: Monday August 14th from 10-2pm at New York Live Arts (219 W. 19th St, 3rd floor studio)

callbacks will be hosted on Tuesday August 15th scheduled in blocks based on attendee availability.
