of bones || hollye bynum seeks live performance and dance film works for the fifth annual mouthfull.. mouthfull., an evening of dance curated by the Artistic Director for of bones, Hollye Bynum, provides an opportunity for selected emerging and/or established choreographers and dance-filmmakers to present work to an eclectic audience. Looking for new and exciting works created by artists that are pushing boundaries and expressing themselves in creative and authentic ways. mouthfull. doubles as the birthday celebration for of bones || hollye bynum and is sure to be a fun weekend of good people and great art! We are proud to hold a streak of four sold out evenings and hope that this year will be no different! Apply now! 

The fifth annual mouthfull. will take place at Center for Performance Research in Brooklyn, NY on October 20 + October 21, 2017 at 7:30 pm. Technical rehearsals will occur Thursday, October 19, 2017 (5PM – 10PM). Presenting artists will have the opportunity to work one on one with a Technical Director. There is an application fee of $15, and if selected, a production fee is due one week post notification - $50 for staged work and $25 for dance film.

Requirements for Live Performance Work:

- Maximum length: 15 minutes

- Cast size: maximum 5 performers (solos, duets, and trios are encouraged)

- Finished works and works-in-progress will be considered

*Video sample must be of proposed work. Non-continuous, manipulated, or heavily edited live-performance footage will not be considered.

Requirements for Dance Film:

- Maximum length: 7 minutes

- Documentation style films will not be considered. Looking for fully realized films!
