The Dance Loft is currently seeking an Acro instructor for three classes on Thursday evenings (5:30-8:30 PM) starting immediately.  Our studio is located in Long Beach, NY -- just a 50-minute train ride from Penn Station in Manhattan, and an even shorter ride from the boroughs.  Round-trip transportation from NYC is covered, and instructor pay is above industry standards.  We are known for employing professional dancers and retired professionals from NYC (and our directorial staff comes from that world, too) so we are quite supportive of our staff and offer flexibility and a positive working environment.  An ideal Acro instructor would enjoy working with children of different abilities (from basic to intermediate), would feel comfortable spotting standard skills (handsprings, aerials, etc.), and would be able to choreograph a beginner, advanced beginner, and intermediate Acro routine for our recital in June.  Please reach out to us with your resume!  Thank you.
