The NY Lizards of Major League Lacrosse are looking to hire a new coach for their professional dance team, the NY Lizards Dancers, for their 2017-2018 season. The NY Lizards Dancers are seeking a nurturing and motivational individual with professional dance team and coaching experience to work hand-in-hand with the Director of Entertainment and former dance team coach. The coaches responsibilities will include:

- creating and staging routines to be performed at games and promotional performances
- all social media efforts and team promotion to attract sponsors and other performance opportunities outside the MLL and NYL Organization
- tracking team rehearsal and game attendance 
- conducting weekly rehearsals from February to August at our rehearsal space in NYC & attending home games at Hofstra University (1 rehearsal per week, 7 games in the season)
- coordinating & promoting our Jr. Dance Clinic in August for young dancers
- coordinating, recruiting & promoting all NYL Dance Team Clinics
- conduct, recruit & choreograph for the NYL Dance Team audition held in winter of 2018
