Urbanity's Summer Intensive is highly selective and requires strong technique, clear artistry and passion for dance. Please arrive early to fill out forms and warm-up (group warm-up will not be provided). Headshots are not required. Please wear something that shows your lines and is comfortable to move in. No footwear please - dancers should be bare foot or in light socks.

The audition incorporates aspects of ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary techniques. Intermediate to Advanced dancers ages 11-24 are encouraged to audition. At the audition, options will be given for various ages/levels and students may be divided accordingly. Urbanity is known for creating an encouraging, welcoming atmosphere. So come, even if for an inspiring class!
