Ballet des Ameriques is looking for classically and modern trained dancers - men and women - for its professional dance company. Candidates should also be comfortable with neoclassical, contemporary, and modern techniques and works. Knowledge of African and Afro-Carribbean dance styles would be adventageous. 

Ballet des Ameriques engages dancers who grasp and appreciate the pedagogical asthetic and ethical principals of its organization as a whole and who are willing to commit their realizations in the dance company. 

Ballet des Ameriques is looking for individuals with artistic sensitivity and a high level of commitment to the arts as a whole. 

The audition will be Saturday, August 11th at the Ballet des Ameriques studios in Port Chester. Registration will start at 10:30am. The audition class will be 11:00-1:30. Ladies be prepared to dance en pointe.

All applications must have the proper documentation to work in the US (ie: work permit, Green Card, U.S. Citizen, etc) 

If hired, candidate will be asked to fill out a W-4 and sign a contract. Dancers recieve rehearsal and performance pay.
