Katharine Pettit Creative (KPC) offers an opportunity to connect with artists, activists and audiences through narrative based movement, spotlighting social injustices and giving voice to those who are being silenced and sidelined. KPC explores fusion of choreography in all genres of dance especially theatre dance, modern, tap, hip hop and jazz.   

KPC is especially interested in performing artists who embrace mentoring and passing on their knowledge to a new generation of movers and shakers for the KPC apprenticeship pilot program this summer which will be awarded to several outstanding students, ages 15-18.   

KPC rehearses Monday evenings and Saturdays (time varies depending on space availability). 

Katharine Pettit Creative members donate their time and talents towards the goal of furthering our collective mission and to reach the goal of compensating our artists for all that they do.   

Upcoming performance opportunities: Queensboro Dance Festival Tour, Nasty Women Unite Fest, various dates and times from June 8th through September 29th. 

AUDITION INFORMATION...   

For an appointment on ONE of the following dates/times, please submit your head shot, resume and dance reel if you have one.    Indicate your date and time availability. Please be available for a 90 minute audition time slot. More details will be sent upon receiving your submission.
