Freelance Emerging Choreographer, Talissa Bavaresco, is looking for Technique Trained Contemporary MALE Dancer to join the cast of her new work, "Calyx". Starts Immediately. 

The piece has presented excerpts at NACHMO NYC at the Mark O'Donnell Theater at the Actors Fund, and at the Martha Graham Studio Theater. The full work will premier on JUNE 27TH AT DIXON PLACE'S '8 IN SHOW'.

The work is finished, so rehearsals would consist in restaging the piece and polishing it with the new members. Rehearsals are very limited and mostly held on Tuesday evenings. Rehearsal dates are:

Tuesday - May 15th: 8-9pm
Saturday - May 19th: 4-6pm
Tuesday - May 22nd: 8-9pm
Tuesday - June 5th: 5-7pm
Tuesday - June 19th: 5-7pm
Tuesday - June 26th: 5-7pm

Tech & Show on June 27th.

(Rehearsal availability is flexible. One extra Rehearsals may be added the week of June 11th and one complimentary 1h rehearsal at Dixon Place's theater is to be scheduled.)

This project does not offer compensation, but you will get a copy of all photos and videos from the performance, credit as an original member of Calyx at www.talissabavaresco.com and possible future performance opportunities (which may provide compensation). A promotional photoshoot is also being arranged (attempt date June 2nd 8-10am) and you will get copy of those photos as well.
