Outfit is Hiring Freelance Event Staff! (Perfect for Performers)

Outfit, a brand new digital staffing platform, is seeking freelance servers, bartenders, and promotional hosts for upcoming events. We are looking for energetic, friendly individuals with all levels of experience in the service industry and a willingness to learn and grow your own brand. 

Outfit directly connects freelance talent looking for work with a diverse pool of clients looking to hire. Through detailed profile descriptions and headshots, skill assessments and community ratings, clients are able to find and hire the perfect staff for their upcoming events. Talent manage their own brand to create more visibility and attract more opportunities by creating robust profiles, gaining hire-able skills and earning higher ratings with every successful event that they work. Outfit is currently in beta. We are taking submissions and interviewing talent looking for freelance work that allows them the financial flexibility needed to pursue careers in dance, theater and other creative pursuits.

Bartenders of all skill levels, e.g.: Level 1 - pour wine & beer; Level 2 - basic (gin + tonic); Level 3 - general (manhattan, margarita); Level 4 - advanced (wide scope of bartending experience and technique); Level 5 - Mixologist.

Servers of all levels: Level 1 - pass canapes; Level 2 - pour wine and serve plates; Level 3 - multi-course service, wine knowledge; Level 4 - wide scope of fine dining experience.

Event hosting, coat check, promotional host / model.

Compensation: 
Pays $25 per hour for first three events; $27.84 per hour for all events after the initial trial period. Future opportunities and higher pay scales for social media influencers, specialized promoters.
