Work for SMUSH Gallery and rehearse for free! 

Work available (in order of need):

- General (sit the gallery, clean, maintain the space, update email list, distribute fliers)
- Publicity (write press releases, build e-blasts, write social media posts, distribute fliers; build short and long term strategy)
- Handy-person (spackle, paint, make small repairs, assist with hanging visual art)
- Class assistant (maintain records for students, assist with classes in the fall)
- Programming (assist with research, follow up, strategy)
- Graphic design

Further details:

- hour-for-hour swap of work time for rehearsal/meeting/studio time; use of the space for other purposes may be contemplated case-by-case
- work is on-site or in the surrounding area
- assistants will complete rental paperwork but the deposit will be waived
- banked studio hours must be used within 6 months of earning them (ex. studio hours banked during July 2018 must be used by the end of January 2019)
- availability on an ongoing basis is preferred
