#walledgardens

DMTheatrics

Casting dancers for music video/short films to promote "#walledgardens," and album. Frank Cwiklik, dir.-prod.;  Heather Cole, choreo.  Director states: "This is an album about modern mania, social media, malignant narcissism, and other such modern treasures. Three or four music videos to be shot over September thru early November, to be released online throughout the fall and winter. Seeking dancers and actors who move well for lead and supporting roles."

Casting for:  Yoga Mom, female aged 35-50, excellent dancer, strong and beautiful but deeply vulnerable, desperate to regain her youth and determined to remain desirable in the face of time and social changes, but inwardly brittle and likely to come apart at high speeds.  Seeking both dancers who can act and actors who move very well. Video will feature both Fosse-inspired dance as well as dramatic performance.

Starlets/backup Fosse dancers, female 18-27, dual roles, both as backup dancers for Yoga Mom in a Chicago the musical/Fosse inspired dance routine, as well as young hopeful starlets navigating the horrors of Hollywood in second music video.  Ideally must be fit, sensual and strong, but also able to turn on a cutie-pie charm for fantasy sequences.  Will be appearing in multiple videos if cast.  Auditions held by appointment this Friday, Sept 7th.
