FREELANCE DANCER EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SURVEY

Dear freelance and part time dancers of NYC (all genres of dance),

Please help us lead the way for employee benefits for freelance dancers and part time dancers who are employed with companies who are not at the insitutionalized level yet.

This survey takes 5 - 7 minutes, and we would be grateful if you could help us understand the needs of our dancer community and how we can better serve our current dancers and future dancers.

We are  very small company, www.archballet.com with 6 dancers but are working to provide a model for smaller dance companies by starting with benefits for our "freelance dancers". We hate that term! We understand how devoted dancers are to the companies they are performing for and want to provide this loyalty back. So how can we better serve you?

Thank you for taking the time to take our survey so we can see how we can provide better benefits to our employees. We plan to share our findings in a report that we can offer to offer small companies (all genres) like ourselves and hopefully aid in helping dancers preserve their physical, mental, and financial health longevity.

Please share this survey with your friends! We would greatly appreciate your time and help in changing the dance community standards! It is anonymous.
