Two nights of great dance on stage and screen, the festival runs January 11–12, 2019. The purpose is to provide audiences with a wonderful unique arts experience while providing dance companies with more performance/screening opportunities and networking with other companies nationwide.

- Companies must have been established for a minimum 1 year with evidence of high quality work.
- Links provided must be of the work intended to be performed. Rehearsal footage is acceptable.
-Companies may submit to perform work between 5–12 minutes in length.
- Companies may submit up to three works.
- Selected companies will receive four complimentary tickets to VDF CO 2019 (two for the Dance Film Night and two for the Dance Performance Night)
- Each selected company will receive 30 minutes of tech time, photos from tech rehearsal, and a recording of their piece in the performance.
