JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a high energy, charismatic and driven After School Dance Specialist to work with Students in grades K-5.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide quality instruction to students

Motivate students to participate in afterschool activities

Document student progress

Uphold program policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly motivated and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

Must be able to command a classroom

Must be available to start immediately

Must be available to work 3:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday

You must have experience in the field, and in teaching the material to K-5 grade students.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Have a strong dance background and be well-versed in a variety of styles
Have experience and enthusiasm to work with kids in a variety of settings and activities
Have the capacity to engage others and keep program fresh and exciting
Have excellent facilitation, communication and organizational skills
Have the ability to perform in a proactive and self-directed fashion
