DanceAction, a Contemporary Dance Company based in New York, is looking for 2 interns to assist during the Fundraising Event: Performance & Reception, taking place on March 22nd at the Mark Morris Dance Center (Cole Studio). The purpose of this event is to raise funds to produce a new dance work titled BLINDSPOT. The evening will feature dance excerpts from BLINDSPOT, live music, dance improvisation, and a Q&A session introducing the audience to this project inspired by the novel “1984.” The performance will be followed by a reception at the lounge. If you are interested in attending the event at no cost and learning more about our dance company, this is a great opportunity for you.

The responsibilities of the intern include attending the box office at the beginning of the event, welcoming the guests, assisting in the set up of the studio space for the performance, and setting up the lounge space and serving drinks during the reception.
