What is BODYROK?
BODYROK offers a high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workout on our custom machine. The class tones, sculpts and redefines your body and mind in just 40 minutes!
What is the role?
The Studio Advisor provides customer service support to the studio members and guests. As our Studio Advisor, you'll generate revenue by enrolling members, and being in relationship with potential, new and existing members.
Responsibilities?
- Responsible for delivering the BODYROK Customer Service Promise.
- Responsible for driving studio sales.
- Responsible for assisting and directing members/guests.
- Responsible for keeping a clean and orderly studio.
Daily Duties:
- Member Check-in Compliance
- Create new business internally through member promotions, referrals and inquiries
- Successfully attain personal revenue targets
- Tour potential members through the studio
- Handle member service issues to include: change of address, electronic funds setup or change, and questions regarding billings and payments
The fine print:
- Must have willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
- Must be able to monitor incoming inquiries and ensure proper check in procedures are followed.
- Your earning potential is limited only by your own personal drive and willingness to succeed.
- This position is an hourly position that provides a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn additional compensation on each sale you close. No draws, no threshold just unlimited commissions.
