Dance Spirit, the leading magazine for teen dancers, is looking for a creative and digitally-savvy assistant editor. This is a great opportunity for someone whose love of dance is as strong as their writing skills. You should speak fluent “So You Think You Can Dance” and have ready opinions about everyone from Travis Wall to Misty Copeland. Responsibilities include daily editing, writing, and uploading online content, as well as contributing to the quarterly print edition. The position involves producing The Dance Edit, a daily email newsletter, and may include assignments for other Dance Media titles and departments. 

This is a full-time, entry-level position with benefits, based in our NYC office.
