305 Fitness is seeking a proactive, passionate person who wants to help run our studio. Score free classes and valuable experience at a fast-paced company in exchange for a 4-hour weekly commitment (YAS!!).

The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to take on different roles depending on the needs of the business. You should be empathetic, passionate about delivering excellent hospitality, and obsessed with 305.

We are currently seeking Work Study associates to help run our front desk at all our NYC studios!

Job Responsibilities

• Implement impeccable customer service; greet clients, respond to client inquiries via phone and email

• Support 305 corporate team in day-to-day tasks

• Execute marketing campaigns, events and local outreach

• Manage scheduling using MindBody

• Handle sales and customer service phone calls

• Coordinate with outside vendors and partners, as needed

• Assist with facilities management
