AUDITION:Bloodline Dance Theatre searching for male and female dancers that have expereince in West African, Afrobeat, Afro-carribean dance styles as well as strong modern and ballet technique to perform in our upcoming shows in the month of April, May, and June. Dancers MUST be available on Tuesday and Thursdays nights from 7PM-9PM. As well as available April 17th ,May 8 , May 16 and June 30th. All performances will be compensated. The company is comprised of five choreographers and over 20 dancers ranging from beginner to professional. The company focuses on creating ballets that are reflective of current times as well as historical and religious concepts. To date, the company has performed for several NYC public schools, The West Indian American Carnival Association, The Brooklyn Museum, The African Spirt Awards, St Pauls Baptist Church, and is in Residency at Medgar Evers College City University of New York.
