BDC is seeking a full-time digital media and content manager with excellent verbal, written and organizational skills to be a member of our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marking strategy and digital content. They will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our performance metrics, and work closely with our social media manager and graphic designer. Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating efforts across multiple platforms, including direct email marketing, social media, website, etc.

A dance background and marketing experience are preferred. Job is in-person only.
