Thryn Saxon Dance Seeks Female-Identifying Dancer for New Work

Thryn Saxon is looking for one female-identifying dancer to join the development and performance of a new evening-length work. Applicants must be available from September 6-16th for a 10 day residency in Michigan (flight, food, lodging included + at least a $500 stipend). *additional availability April 13th-20th is preferrable but not required to apply*

Rehearsals for the piece will take place throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall of '22 with a tentative premiere of the piece in November. Additional residencies in Maine and NY will be scheduled once the cast is solidified. Compensation, travel, food, and lodging are included in all residency periods. 

To be considered please email resume and dance reel (include performance and studio or improv footage) to thrynsaxon7@gmail.com by 6pm on March 24th. If you do not have a reel please send one performance link and one improv link, and provide time markers for up to 3 minutes of footage that you would like viewed. *all footage must be in a YouTube or Vimeo link format* 

Please also indicate wether you are available from 2-4pm on March 30th and/or 12-2pm on March 31st for an invited in person call back. If selected you will be notifed of your audition time slot on the given day. In-person auditions will be held at Greenspace in Queens.
