Borne Dance Company is a team of collaborating artists who focus on mental health and eating disorder awareness as well as the idea of “recovery through art.” Each season, we provide multiple opportunites for guest artists to perform alongside the company. We are currently looking for guest artists for a November 12th Showing. This is a free performance opportunity and archival video will be provided. Multidisicplinary artists and artists who work outside of dance are welcome. Emerging artists and artists from underrepresented groups are encouraged to submit. 

If interested, please email Kara Hauenstein at bornedancenyc@gmail.com with the subject line "November 12th Guest Artist" and a video of the piece you plan to perform (rehearsal videos are fine), as well as any technical requirements. As this is a showing our technical capacity will be limited, so please keep this in mind when choosing what pieces to submit. 

The deadline for submissions is November 4th. We look forward to viewing your work!
