Jamel Gaines Creative Outlet, one of Brooklyn’s premiere arts & culture organizations is looking for an experienced, hard working, and organized grant writer to join our grants team. Our organization has a dance theater company, an arts in education program, a Cultural Arts Program (our school), a Young Artists Scholarship Program, Youth Employment Programs and Community Programming. Grant Writer: / Ideal Candidate:

-has a track record of success as a writer, must be willing to share a work sample

-must have experience in Federal, City, State and Foundation grants

-willing to come into our Fort Greene based office to work with the team (hybrid hours are Ok)

-willing to work at least 20+ hours

-Pay is $20 an hour
