Dance and music go hand in hand, but too rarely do we get to experience them in real-time conversation. In an effort to bridge gaps and explore artistic overlaps, mignolo dance and Cold Weather Company are teaming up to present an open mic, pairing live music with live dance. Interested artists are encouraged to bring an open, collaborative mind. Submissions are open through April 1st and pairings will be chosen by April 20th, allowing partnered performers to prepare for their sets in advance should they wish. Improvisation is always welcome as well --- whatever best serves your art!
