We are looking for a talented and experienced lighting designer to join our team for our upcoming dance performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting design and be able to create visually stunning and impactful lighting for our performances.

Responsibilities:

Work with the director and choreographer to create a lighting design that supports the overall vision of the performance.
Design and execute lighting plans for all performances.
Operate lighting equipment during performances.
Troubleshoot lighting issues during performances.
Maintain lighting equipment.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in lighting design for theater, dance, or other performance art.
Strong understanding of lighting design principles and techniques.
Experience with a variety of lighting equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
