Looking for a new class to try this week? Join PBDT's open Contemporary Community Class for just two more dates this season: Wednesday, October 11 and October 25. $12/Drop-in and $5/Virtual. 

About the class: Groove with Carl Ponce Cubero! This class utilizes a combination of movement forms - Expect an open-level contemporary class with jazzy influences and twists of modern, groove, and funk. Learn more and register here.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
