Small youth mentorship dance company is seeking after school dance mentor/instructor.

Candidates MUST:

Have experience teaching youth ages 6-9 with minimal or no dance experience

Be able to teach fun, yet also engaging, educational, and challenging dance classes in the styles of Jazz/Contemporary and HipHop.

Be comfortable with choreographing pieces for special performances

Be professional, reliable, consistent and flexible

Have availability weekday afternoons 3-5pm Tuesdays & Thursdays

 

Compensation: $45 Per Session

This role is ideal for a student seeking teaching experience and/or in need of internship/community service hours but ALL interested feel free to inquire!!! POC encouraged to apply. More details will be discussed if contacted for an interview. After school classes take place on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
