Enhance your choreographic voice and cultivate community with the Jacob's Pillow Curriculum in Motion® Institute – a unique career development opportunity for emerging, mid-career, and seasoned choreographers.

We believe that Artist Educators play a central role in community building. In the 10-month Institute (Fall 2024 through Summer 2025), we train in the Curriculum in Motion® method, a transformational dance integration method in which choreographers and community partners investigate how dance can be used to honor a community's questions and needs. The Institute is directed by Celeste Miller, Kimberli Boyd, and Michael Richter.
