Job Summary

Event support volunteers aka Team Vibes will be responsible for email sign-ups, engaging with the public, outdoor set-up, counting participants, and other tasks assigned by Duye Staff. Previous experience in promotional or customer service roles is required.

Duties/Responsibilities 

Outdoor set-up/breakdown; lay out blankets, pillow, baby drums/djembes, etc.
Engage with the public in a friendly and approachable manner to promote our events
Keep count of participants
Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and brochures
Participate in dance/art classes, if needed
Email Sign-ups; collect contact information from interested visitors 
Provide feedback and insights gathered from interactions with the public to improve future promotional efforts

When?

Events/Classes will take place on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer. The time commitment is a 5 - 6 hour day that starts at 11am.
