APPLY FOR THE MADE BY WOMEN FESTIVAL TODAY - Application Deadline May 17th (11:59pm EST)

Dual Rivet is excited to announce our 4th annual MADE BY WOMEN Festival, highlighting women* choreographers & filmmakers. This festival advocates and celebrates inclusion by connecting underrepresented creators with networking, resources, and an opportunity to present their work amongst the NYC community with the goal of impacting meaningful change in the industry. Through this festival the company is dedicated to advancing the careers of cis, trans, and gender expansive women creators in dance, dance theater, and movement on film. 

The festival includes a donation based FILM NIGHT, a movement based WORKSHOP, as well as 2 nights of LIVE PERFORMANCES hosted at Arts On Site’s Studio 3R.

* The directors of MADE BY WOMEN understand that gender and womanhood- to be specific- is an expansive expression that surpasses binaries. Trans, queer, BIPOC, and gender expansive women are highly encouraged to apply.

FILM NIGHT is a donation based event that will highlight 6 movement based films created by women* and offer an accessible opportunity for these artists to share with the community as a part of the MADE BY WOMEN Festival. 


Live Performances APPLY HERE

The MADE BY WOMEN Festival includes 2 nights of LIVE PERFORMANCES, highlighting 6 women* choreographers who will present work at Arts On Site’s Studio 3R.
