Body Artifacts Performance Incubator is a performance production company with a focus on curating experiential, concept driven dance performances as a means for providing collective catharsis for audiences and performers alike.

 ANGEL VISITS will be the premiere production by Body Artifacts, taking place in the Chapel of Saint Martin at St. John the Divine on January 18th, 2025 with performances at 5:30 pm and 8 p.m.

The performance will feature works from 3-4 choreographers, showing completed works centering the impact of/ experiences of religion, spirituality, or divinity in queer/ LBGTQIA+ stories. Body Artifacts seeks either to support the creation of new works, or to restage previous works centered around this theme.

Body Artifacts offers choreographers a $400 stipend at the beginning of the process to be put towards the development of the finished piece, used at their own discretion. This stipend can be put towards studio rentals, dancer compensation, etc.
