‘New Year, New Art’ is a festival by Malia Lam and Alex Schmidt hosted at The Tank Theater (312 W 36th St, New York, NY, 10018) on February 1st (3pm) & 2nd (7pm), 2025. Tech will be on Feb 1st 9-2pm.

This festival is an opportunity for artist’s to try out new things in the new year and share their work on stage. This is a low-production event so please keep that in mind if your piece requires multiple lighting/tech accommodations. There is no application fee and compensation for the festival will be the ticket sales divided among the selected applicants.
