Position Summary-
Dorill Initiative is seeking an inspired and creative Artistic Coach to mentor young artists and creatives (aged 5-18), fostering a culture of disruption and radical innovation. The Artistic Coach will guide youth participants in honing their artistic skills while challenging conventional methods, encouraging risk-taking, and helping them explore new and disruptive forms of expression. This role focuses on empowering youth to use their creativity as a vehicle for personal growth, social impact, and leadership, leveraging the arts as a transformative tool for self-discovery and innovation.

In Dorill Arts Programs, we utilize healing-centered instruction and restorative justice practices to coach our young citizen artists to tell their authentic stories through high-caliber artistic training, academic + self-esteem coaching, civic action and community engagement workshops.
