American Ballet Theatre’s Internship Program provides pre-professional nonprofit work experience for university students and recent graduates. Each year, approximately 30 interns join the ABT family, where they partner with a mentor and gain valuable work experience in their areas of interest. In addition to working with their mentors, interns participate in weekly meetings that promote professional development and provide opportunities to hear from leaders within the organization. .

Internships are available in several business functions including Marketing, Fundraising, Press, Finance and Education & Training.  Internships are part-time with a 12-25 hour per week commitment.  Please note that internships are unpaid and interns receive a weekly stipend of $125 USD to offset travel costs.

The Summer 2025 Semester will be: June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025
