Carole Alexis Ballet Theatre is holding auditions for immediate hire.

We are looking for versatile and classically trained dancers for the upcoming 2025/2026 seasons. Dancers should be fast learners with strong techniques and ethics. Knowledge of dance from the African Diaspora is a plus. Please note that the Carole Alexis' choreography/repertoire is musically and technically challenging.

Your video will be used as a pre-registration. The video should contain the original soundtrack of the music.
 
Once your video is reviewed, you will be scheduled to attend a company class. Please be informed that CABT only holds in-person auditions.
All applicants must have the proper documentation to work in the U.S. (i.e.: work permit, Green card, U.S. Citizen, etc.). There are several open positions for men and women.

Dancers are all compensated. (per hour for rehearsal time and flat fee for performance days)
