I am working on a rehearsal process toward a performance of embodying citrus fruits through sound, movement, and vibes. I am looking for dancers who are ready to dive into score-based improvisational practice. In my process, I approach each rehearsal with a strong underpinning of theory based in somatics and materiality, with a continual eye toward collaboration and meeting dancers where they are.
We will be moving relatively quickly, with a performance date of Wednesday, April 30th in the evening. There will be twelve two-hour rehearsals between March 25-April 29th. If you can attend at least 6 of them, please consider applying.
