Hanna Q  Dance Company is hiring professional Male Dancers for the upcoming Season.

 Season Contract. Rehearsal pay starts at $25 an hour. Performances $125-200. Not full time . Approximately $400-600 a month.

Audition  Sunday, August 3rd  . 12-2 pm. GIBNEY 280. Studio D.

We need Male Dancers that can lift, experienced in partnering, pas de deux.  We need dancers with strong technique, able to learn details and good at memorizing repertoire, plus interested in trying out new movements.

Must be available for rehearsals on Sundays. 10-2 ( 12-4) and a  weekday to be agreed on. Rehearsals starts September.

A Modern Contemporary Dance  Company .Hanna Q Dance Company ( HQDC) Founded by Johanna ( Hanna Q )in 2013 Hanna Q Dance Company has been performing her original works in and out, of the NYC area. The Swedish born and raised Artistic Director and Choreographer Johanna LjungQvist- Brinson draws inspiration from the forces of nature and uses its elements to create dynamic narratives through movement.

MISSION STATEMENT: HQDC's mission is to spread the fantastic art form of Dance to the world, by creating, choreographing Hanna Q's original dance works, to be performed by her dancers and enjoyed, experienced by the public. Choreographing about emotional and other issues in life she connects with the audience own feeling or thoughts. Hanna Q makes awareness and wants to lets you know you are not alone. She wants to open minds, hearts for tolerance and understanding, with her choreography. Hanna Q's mission is also to expand her company regarding her repertoire and quality of work. While the company has already been performing at the professional caliber for years, she wishes to be able to have a continuity of dance creation through rehearsing each week, year-round. This would help to keep the same dancers throughout the seasons and exponentially increase the quality of her work being produced.
