About:
We are a dance training company with weekly rehearsals founded on the principles of LEARNING through inclusive practices, GROWING through mutual support creating a brave space to be pushed outside of your comfort zone, ACCE?SSING high-level training without financial barriers, and PRODUCING work with like-minded artists. We’ve built our community to hang out, make new friends, take class together, form connections, and share our creativity!

Program Details:

For the intermediate dancer
9-month commitment (September 7, 2025 to June 7, 2026
Weekly rehearsals in Manhattan on Sundays from 4pm to 8pm
Choreography-based training (house, waacking, hip-hop choreography, and performance/artistry through a commercial/street jazz lens) 
Discussions on history, culture, context, and important topics in dance
Guest instructors
Performance videos
Photoshoot
Program showcase

Cost: $50/month

Outcomes:

DCL helps you grow as a dancer and a creative. You'll strengthen your foundations, train for professional and team settings, and gain the confidence to own your movement and style. You’ll also build skills in choreography, collaboration, and performance — all in a supportive space rooted in community.
