Seeking dancers with unique looks and energies 

that would feel authentic to NYC in the 1990s’ to join the 

National Tour of HELL’S KITCHEN in the following roles:

DANCE ENSEMBLE SWING (OFFSTAGE)

Character is a Black woman, 18-30. Will understudy all seven members of the onstage DANCE ENSEMBLE: EXCEPTIONAL, highly skilled, athletic dancers who can learn quickly, and possess unique looks and energies that feel authentic to NYC in the 1990's. Able to tell a story through movement, possess a high degree of personal artistry, and bring their own individuality, personality, and point of view to the choreography. Styles of dance we are seeking: HIP HOP, RHYTHMIC, AND CONTEMPORARY DANCE. A strong knowledge of and ability to move between all dance styles, as well as a strong sense of rhythmic ability are essential. THIS IS AN OFFSTAGE ROLE

The current rate is $1,077/week (8 shows/week). 


The choreography of the show draws from a range of styles and influences including hip hop, rhythmic, step and contemporary.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Dancers MUST be able to travel to NYC for an in-person audition on 8/26.
