Especially in the current, very active, and confrontational global landscape, I want to bring to your attention these two opportunities through Obremski/Works which support AAPI artists in having a sense of community, support, and possibility:

- The VISION Fellowship is for collegiate and university-attending AAPI dancers across the United States, supporting them with $750 toward ticket and travel reimbursements.
-  The VOYAGER Fellowship is for international AAPI artists who plan to live and work in New York in 2026, and we'll support their visa application within 2026 with $1,000 application reimbursement. 

For the 2026 cycle, Obremski/Works is planning to award 2 VISION Fellowships, 1 VISION Fellowship Honorable Mention, and 1 VOYAGER Fellowship.

Please see below our 2026 Application Timeline:
- September 1st, 2025 (12:00am EST): Both VISION and VOYAGER applications open for cycle 2026 submissions.
- October 12th, 2025 (11:59pm PST): Both VISION and VOYAGER applications close for cycle 2026.
- October 13th, 2025 - November 14th, 2025: The Selection Panel reviews all materials from applications.
 - November 15th, 2025 - December 13th, 2025: Interviews with Founder/Director/Choreographer Jesse Obremski will take place.
- December 14th, 2025: All applicants will be notified of their application response and status.
- Early January 2025: Cycle 2026 awardees will be publicly announced for both the VISION and VOYAGER 2026 awards.
