The Taylor Center for Dance Education is proud to introduce the new Ambassador Scholarship for Sept. 2025-2026 June.  

The Ambassador Scholarship is geared towards serious dancers ages 18+ interested in deepening their study of Taylor Technique. We are looking for talented, dedicated, and committed professional dancers who will represent the Taylor Center for Dance Education. 

As an Ambassador, you will have the privilege of receiving 2 free Taylor technique classes per week for 38 weeks, 25% discount on additional classes and potential performance opportunities.

In this leadership role, you will represent the Center through its educational outreach programs during the Taylor Company’s Lincoln Center season, help out at other events, and share your journey on social media throughout the year.

Dancers wishing to audition for a scholarship in the Professional Division at the Taylor School must meet the following criteria:

Commitment to taking 2 Pro. Taylor Modern classes a week during the scholarship period (September 22, 2025 - July 3, 2026). Pro. Taylor Modern currently runs Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00-11:30 am.

Commitment to volunteering at select events including but not limited to, Open Houses through out the year and the Lincoln Center Season in November.

Willingness to share content on a social media account.
