Audition to be a member of Reaction Dance Company NYC. We are a fusion dance company with a mission to represent Diversity Through Dance. We’ve been performing since 2014 in NYC and across the country. We’re looking for new dancers who want to be part of a company that feels like family.

2) Perform in paid school shows (assemblies) running from February-June and Sept-Dec. 

3) We offer paid training in our signature school shows “The Globalization of Hip Hop” & “Fuego: Dances From Latin America,” and in our new show “Celebrations of India & Pakistan”

4) We offer travel opportunities both nationally and abroad, as well as dancing for paid events, concept videos and festivals

 

Who we are looking for:

-Dancers of ALL Genders and Backgrounds 

-Proficient in Hip Hop dance, Latin Dance, and/or Bollywood

-Some training in cultural dance styles, or a willingness to learn cultural dances such as: Bollywood, Salsa, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Kpop, etc.

-Having a valid driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement. 

 

Audition Dates: 

-Monday January 19th, 7-9pm

-Wednesday January 21st, 1-3pm

*Note: you only need to attend one of the two audition dates
