Disney Cruise Line’s Walt Disney Theatre productions have an intentionally inclusive casting approach, open and welcoming to all performers for all roles. 

Rehearsal takes place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A typical contract includes up to 6 weeks of rehearsal and 6 months onboard. Contracts include competitive pay, travel, room and board, and a significant contract completion bonus.
