Looking for affordable rehearsal space in NYC? Flamenco Vivo Studios are Midtown Manhattan’s home for percussive dance forms! Dedicated to the memory of ?co-founder Roberto ‘Bobby’ Lorca, these are the first studios in New York City built for flamencos by flamencos. 

NYSCA Hours are available for all Off-Peak and Weekend Rehearsals beginning January 1st, 2026!

The discounted $10/hr rate is only available for rehearsals, not for teaching classes, private lessons or in-studio performances. The hours are distributed on a “first-come, first-served” basis, meaning hours will go to organizations in the order they are booked. The NYSCA grant we received to subsidize this discounted rate limits us to offering 2000 hours per calendar year (January-December) and limits each artist/company to renting 200 hours maximum. 

This subsidy was made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
