About Craft Pilates:

Craft Pilates is a boutique studio opening a second location in the Upper West Side soon. The studio is dedicated to providing high-quality group reformer Pilates instruction in an intimate, community-focused setting. Our classes are limited to 9 reformers, allowing for personalized attention to each client’s craft and a deeper connection between instructor and participants. We're committed to fostering an unintimidating environment where every client can truly advance their practice.

The Opportunity: We're seeking exceptional Pilates instructors to join us and help us bring our vision to life in the Upper West Side. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the success of a boutique Pilates studio from its inception and get connected to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead group reformer classes with a focus on form, precision, and personalized attention

- Provide one-on-one instruction and develop custom programs for private clients

- Engage with and help build our Pilates community

What We're Looking For:

- Pilates certification

- Passion for helping clients at all levels improve their practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create a welcoming, motivating environment for clients

- Commitment to at least 5 hours of instruction per week
