CALL FOR CHOREOGRAPHERS & MOVEMENT ARTISTS TO PRESENT WORK ALONGSIDE DRYE/MARINARO DANCE COMPANY DURING OUR SPRING SEASON SHOW!

Who is Drye/Marinaro Dance Company (DMDC)?

DMDC is a unique and stylistically diverse dance company that creates through contemporary, modern, theater, and non-western dance forms. The Company is in its 15th Season in NYC, and is excited to be presenting both new and returning rep at our Spring Season Concert, "How High the Moon", at Manhattan Movements and Arts Center, April 1+2! Our creative process is influenced by themes of identity, unity, faith, and/or mental health, and our concert will feature our newest work, How High The Moon, that signals the company’s continued momentum and ongoing exploration of storytelling and dance theater. We are looking for artists that share similar values, proficiency, and storytelling capabilities to perform as guests alongside DMDC!

With recent performances in partnership with Pentacle, Revenue, Mark Morris Dance Center, and A.R.T./NYC Theater, we are excited to continue connecting with new audiences! We strive to support the evolution of dance as an art, an expression, and a way of life to both entertain and intrigue audiences with thought-provoking themes. We believe dance is a medium to make real-life connections and interactions.
