McKoy Dance Project (MDP) seeks bold, expressive artists who move seamlessly through transition and lead with passion to join our 2026/2027 season. MDP is a contemporary dance company and service organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to access in dance while centering BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices through performance, education, and community-based programming.

Pre-registration is required for invitation. Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

Audition Structure
Audition components may include: a guided warm-up, phrasework and repertory-based material, improvisation, and brief performance/learning assessments. Callbacks (if needed) will be communicated directly.
