At Capacity is a program of the Artists of Color Council (AoCC) at Movement Research. An opportunity for emerging artists/choreographers of color, to receive high quality videography in a professional theater without upfront costs. Artists are able to work with a provided videographer and tech professional during a thirty minute tech rehearsal. During which they are able to create a lighting look and take close up/moving shots with the videographer. The program concludes with an invited run through of all participating pieces where the work is documented with a still wide shot. Artists receive all videos unedited within three weeks.

AoCC is a cohort of artists of color addressing cultural diversity, equity, and sustainable infrastructures in New York City’s dance communities and organizations under the auspices of Movement Research. Through inclusionary programming, curation, and advocacy, the council works to increase visibility, accessibility, and engagement with resources for movement based artists of color.
