Founded by Artistic Director Keith A. Thompson, danceTactics is building more than a contemporary dance company — it is cultivating an evolving cultural platform rooted in performance, civic dialogue, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community engagement.

danceTactics is currently seeking visionary, community-minded individuals to join its Board of Directors and help shape the future cultural ecology of Phoenix, Tempe, and New York City and beyond.

The board functions as an ambassadorial and strategic leadership network supporting:

creative placemaking,
cultural exchange,
youth and community engagement,
public dialogue,
audience development,
and cross-sector partnerships connecting the arts with education, wellness, philanthropy, innovation, and civic life.

danceTactics welcomes artists, educators, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, organizers, civic leaders, strategists, and cultural advocates interested in contributing their perspectives, networks, and leadership toward a more connected cultural future.

No prior board experience required.
