?Brooklyn Youth Ballet is a growing, community-minded dance studio in Greenpoint. We believe in high-quality technical training infused with storytelling, imagination, and joy. Our programs serve dancers from toddlers to adults, and we pride ourselves on fostering a professional yet nurturing environment. Who We Are Looking For
?We are seeking a warm, high-energy, and creative Assistant Dance Teacher for our upcoming Summer Dance Camp.
?The ideal candidate isn't just great at managing a room, they bring their own unique artistic style and creative spark to teaching young children. We want someone who is genuinely passionate about working with youth and can make dance both fun and inspiring.

?Key Responsibilities & Schedule
?Assistant teaching, supervising, and engaging with campers in a fun, safe environment.
?Injecting creativity, imagination, and energy into daily camp activities and dance exercises.

Hours: Camp runs daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
?Flexibility: You do not need to be available all day, every day, but flexibility is a must. You will need to be available for early morning shifts starting at 8:00 AM on some days, and afternoon shifts concluding at 6:00 PM on others.

Requirements
?1. Experience: 2+ years of dance teaching experience is required.
?2. A kind, loving, and patient demeanor with young children.
?3. Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual.
?4. Vibrant energy and a fun-loving attitude.
?5. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
?
